As school is closed today (23rd January) here are some home learning activities.
- Phonics Video Have paper and a pencil ready to practice the writing at the end of the lesson.
Tricky Words Wordsearch
Maths Challenge - how quickly can you work out these equations? Use counters (Lego blocks etc) to help if you need to.
English - Write sentences to describe the pictures. Choose one and write as many sentences as you can.
In PE we are making dances for the weather. Have a go at experimenting with different movements for different types of weather :
Sunshine: skip around the area.
Move light and joyfully.Rain: jump around the area.
Move quickly.Ice: slide around the area on your feet as if skating.
Glide gracefully.Snow: freeze on the spot holding a spikey balance like a snowflake.
Create clear shapes by extending your body parts.Wind: own action.
