Spring Term 1
Tigers Class have had a lovely afternoon sewing with their parents and grandparents. The finished cushions look amazing and every child worked so hard to plan, design and sew their own. Thank you so much parents and grandparents for coming in to help us.
Tigers have had a fantastic day learning all about Hinduism. They began their day listening to the story of Rama and Sita, they then worked together to create Rangoli patterns. Before lunch, we learnt more about the Gods and Goddesses that Hindu's worship. We spent the afternoon dressing up in traditional Hindu clothes and learning Indian dance moves. We ended the day looking at pictures of what life is like in India and what it would be like to live there. We have learnt so much from Sunita and have had a great day with our friends at Marston.
