We value our links with Saint Sebastian's Church, which is adjacent to the school.

The parish of Great Gonerby is part of the West Grantham Group of Villages,  a group of seven churches committed to serving God and the people of the villages.

Early in 2022 the process began to join the Parishes of Barrowby All Saints and Gt Gonerby St Sebastian with The Harlaxton Group of Parishes which comprises Denton St Andrew, Harlaxton St Mary & St Peter, Stroxton All Saints, Woolsthorpe by Belvoir St James, and Wyville with Hungerton St Catherine. The parish priest, the Rev'd Sarah Tierney was licensed at the end of April 2022 to this new grouping of seven rural parishes.
