Autumn 2 Homework Grid

Below you will find some fun activities that link to our current learning ‘Terrific Tales’.

  • We encourage children to complete one activity every 2 weeks on a Friday.
  • You can choose which tasks you would like to complete in any order you like.
  • How the children present their work is up to them. If it is suitable, you may wish to put it in their homework journal or you could take a photograph and upload it onto Class Dojo.
  • We will have time every Friday at the end of the day to share children’s home learning with the class.

Can you create your own firework art?

You could

  • Make a collage
  • Use paint
  • Draw
  • Use chalk

Can you help a grown up to prepare healthy food?

You could

  • Help to chop vegetables
  • Add fruit to porridge
  • Put some healthy toppings on a pizza

Can you build a fairy tale castle?

Can you retell a story to a grown up?

  • Draw pictures to help retell your story
